Science and Mormonism have nearly always been on very friendly terms, with Church members sharing the deep conviction that, as expressed by former scientist and apostle Elder James E. Talmage, “within the gospel of Jesus Christ there is room and place for every truth thus far learned by man, or yet to be made known.” Subsequent Presidents and General Authorities of the Church have advanced similar views about the ultimate compatibility of religious and scientific truths and, with notably few exceptions, have maintained markedly positive attitudes toward both the methods and conclusions of mainstream science and the advance of modern technology.

As Elohim is the “thought God”, Surely as I have thought, so shall it come to pass; and as I have purposed, so shall it stand: Isa. 14:24, He passes on His purposes by thought to His Son the “WORD God”, “And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth”. The Son puts into operation the Will of His Father in all things. Likewise all communication that comes from the presence of God in answer by prayer, is through MIND. You can be deaf, blind and dumb yet still hear and see the word of God.
Herein is a mystery: Deity and the appointed messengers always consider the agency of mankind before a message is given. In most cases, the angelic messenger will always ask first in regards to the petition or the thought conveyed by prayer to Heavenly Hosts. They will respond i n such manner. “What would ye that I should do unto thee? or What would ye that I would show unto thee? And in some cases both the petitioner may inquire; “What wilt thou have me to do?
In the order of Heaven a reply may come, not in spoken word but mind to mind yet the petitioner would describe it as a two way conversation because in his descriptive limitations, this he/she is only capable of expressing what is common to them. We will conclude herein by what manner a message is attributed from Heavenly beings. ” In the multiplicities of laws that “Govern” His creatures and “Controls” His creations, there is a law that answers your question, heed but once, here is the law…………… If you look closely at all messages from Heavenly messengers in scripture, The angelic messenger is prepared to answer the petition from the petition before any verbal words are spoken because they knew the question before they left the Most High Place. In other words they knew the mind of the individual, even before they asked the question, because they are present simultaneously in the Past Present and Future
