Joseph Smith never supported the MesoAmerican theory and instead supported a hemispheric model. See my draft paper at https://bobcrockettlaw.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/07/Book-of-Mormon-Geography.pdf. But I don’t think it is all that important an issue.
Thank you for the time and effort you put into organizing this fun discussion. Though I am familiar with most of these evidences, putting them together in one place is a good time indeed. I enjoyed it completely. I am going to con my kids into listening to it tonight.
