The Interpreter Foundation is seeking volunteer source checkers. Source checkers are vital contributors who verify that the references in Interpreter: A Journal of Mormon Scripture publications are accurate. Source checkers must have access to a university library with a strong LDS-related collection, which generally limits this to Utah-based volunteers, though others may be considered. This is an ideal opportunity for students. Volunteers will gain resume-building experience working on an online and printed journal. Source checkers must be available to work on one large article or two small articles per month. If you can help, please contact us using this contact form.

I am an editing minor at BYU and am interested in this volunteer position. I will do my best to be thorough and to pay attention to detail. Of course, I would need a very detailed explanation of your expectations so that I may best meet them.
Please let me know if you have need of me.
Sincerely,
Merrie Kay Ames
