I for one will be very interested in reading this volume. As an Australian, I have lived and worked in both Europe and the United States. I am particularly intrigued in “The International Church” chapter.
I am not at all convinced that a ‘highly romantic culture’ can ever really divorce itself and genuinely engage a ‘truly international church’.
I base this on my living in Utah (I also lived in Princeton NJ) and my service with my wife in Eastern Europe on our Mission. I found dealing with ‘The West’ extremely problematic culturally.
The Church seemed to still be an American Church with a growing international membership.
I have been quite gratified to see the way Mormon scripture has been treated in the Christianity module of Harvard “World religions Through Thier Scriptures.” Series
